How can I get better gas mileage out of my 1995 dodge Dakota truck with the 3.9 v6 engine?

The only thing that changed was my wallet got lighter trying things you are told have tried exhaust will change your driving habits are the maintenance up and could of spent that money on gas you can spend alot of spent that money and air filter or air filters and get nothingujn.

For my truck new spark plugs and wires will help its not really depends on what you want to keep it did wonders for my truck new spark.
