Get a new air filter, and drive like grandmother would. I mean, like nice and slow take off, and slow stopping. Not flooring it to every stop light.

No long warm-ups. The moment your oil pressure light goes out, you have enough oil circulating in the engine, usually less than 1 second. Modern multi viscosity oil does not need to be warmed up either. The only time you may need to let the engine warm up some is to defrost the windows, otherwise, start and drive. Your vehicle gets zero miles per gallon idling in your driveway. It doesn’t get any worse than that.
If you anticipate your engine will be idling for any more than a few minutes, turn it off.
Consolidate your trips.
Keep your tires properly inflated. But do not over inflate. The loss of traction and extra tire ware from over inflated tires is not worth the marginal gains from over inflating
